Armenian broadcaster AMPTV have now announced Maléna as their representative at Junior Eurovision this year.
In 2020, Maléna was due to represent Armenia at Junior Eurovision, however due to issues within Armenia at the time, the nation withdrew. Her 2020 entry is titled ‘Why’, however this year she will perform a new song.
The young artist hails from the nation’s capital, Yerevan. She can play the cello, and dreamt about representing Armenia at Junior Eurovision for many years.
